UTubeTrollPolice

The UTubeTrollPolice (UTTP) was founded by Thomas Parkinson on February 12th, 2011.

The UTubeTrollPolice is one of the longest running troll groups on YouTube, with an incredibly prolific history behind it spanning back over a decade, many things from the group have sadly been lost to time throughout the years, especially becoming more obscure than ever due in part to Anime Sucks' subverting the UTubeTrollPolice, leading to the group becoming mainstream and current iterations being associated with the COM scene.

Tommy Parky's First Activities (2009-2010)

The first appearance of Tommy Parky online was in 2009 with the creation of his now suspended Twitter account (@tommyparky), this would later serve as a UTubeTrollPolice account but prior to that it was for the usual trolling activities, the first tweet on the account was on February 27th, 2010 which linked to a now deleted Animoto video simply called "david parkinson", the following tweets would be mostly links to Animoto videos with clickbait titles.

During this time period he had another Twitter account (@tommyparky666) where he did much of the same thing, however one thing to note in particular is a video that the account linked was referenced by another Twitter account (@londongaysex) showing that the first Animoto video that Tommy made was in November of 2009 and simply titled "Mr Gay UK 2009".

He had also been impersonating his brother and posting ads on the Liverpool Gumtree asking for gay strippers and singers, linking Dave's phone number as the contact, it's unknown why Tommy did this to Dave however.

Tommy's first ever YouTube account was known as 'southparkstudiosable' and is most infamously associated with how he'd targeted Glen Watson, known as allbabiesareatheists on YouTube at the time, ultimately causing Glen Watson to leave YouTube entirely due to the increasingly more persistent trolling from Tommy.

It's through these methods that Tommy became a semi-known troll on YouTube, being mentioned by TrollsNews while he was going under the alias MrCaptainHollywood, marking the first time he'd be mentioned in an episode until later on into his trolling career.

The Birth of the UTTP

The original UTubeTrollPolice account was created by Tommy Parky on February 12th, 2011, quickly gaining attention and being mentioned on TrollsNews only five days after having made the channel, by February 20th the channel had 989 channel comments, 13,066 channel views and 6,411 upload views.

The Strutters

The only mention of the "southparkstudiosable" channel outside of the allbabiesareatheists (Glen Watson) video is from a blogspot containing screenshots of his Animoto videos.

One channel of Tommy’s which was archived though is known as "TheMradolfhitler", created June 1st, 2010, the content posted here largely consists of clickbait largely centered around Hitler with titles like "adolf hitler loves jewish people" and "adolf hitler unseen sex footage 2010", clickbait would become a staple for Tommy going forward.

Going outside of YouTube again to Blogspot, on August 25th, 2010 a blog known as "tommyparkylfc" is created, 58 total posts are made with links to Animoto clickbait videos Tommy uploaded onto YouTube, most of the links presumably being to the southparkstudiosable channel.

These videos were uploaded on a series of channels including:"lisanova2010", "MrCaptainhollywood", "MrGLENfromCANADA", "MrJESUSCHRISTCHANNEL" and ‘glenfromcanada’.

In response to this continued trolling from Tommy the channel TrollsNews made a video on his accounts "lisanova2010" and "MrCaptainhollywood" on December 9th, 2010, being the first time Tommy was mentioned by a big YouTube channel.

Allbabiesareatheists made a response video one month later on January 28th, 2011 titled "PLEASE HELP stop a troll who is attacking MY GRANDDAUGHTER", which is mirrored by numerous users.

Just a day later Tommy made a website on Yola simply called "allbabiesareatheists" containing four pages, a picture of Tommy himself and a picture of Glen Watson, the page is largely incomplete and what text is present is mostly unintelligible.

2011: The Foundation of UTTP and The Era Of The Strutters

Now, as 2011 rolled around many potential targets for trolls had sprung up at the time. Boxxy, Chris Chan, Justin Quaker, Justin bieber fans, and others. Tommy went to go on to create the first official uttp channel on Youtube on February 12, 2011. and just five days later, Uttp sprung to some little cling of notoriety on Youtube as they were mentioned on Youtube for the first time. The plan worked, as many fell for the illusion that UTTP was an anti-troll movement but infact, they were trolls themselves, the first uttp channels content was mainly made in windows movie maker 6 and contained random text about trolls, random images, and music that came with the video editor. After a month, yet another youtuber uploaded about the glen watson situation and Tommy's alts harrassing Glen. Through the months of the uttp whilst Tommy Parky continued to harrass Glen, two brothers known as StruttingB4 and StruttingPhil/OfficerSimonPegg. They attacked a 7 year old boy from the uk known as jacobsipod1 (https://www.deviantart.com/jacobsipod1). They harrassed this boy by saying glen watson was his father and other stuff like impersonating his accounts and calling him "dolphin stickerz". Four months later, Tommy wanted to try to get another attempt at fame by creating a "UtubetrollpoliceTeam" channel on july 15th, it had about 6 thousand subs by july 19th and had 42,599 views. It is also noted that tommy had a brother known as Dave, where on dave's deviantart he mentioned tommy's actions on Youtube..

"Still bamboozled by my brothers 'Youtube' activity.. (and if anyone reads this and 'has' fallen prey to his nonsensical activity's and that of his .. so called internet cohort.. then i apologise (once more) for his behaviour and stress that it is not condoned by me or anyone else he is related too)I suppose any kind of passion is to be lauded, regardless of how bizarre it is."

In the next month on october 30th Dave created a youtube to have communication with his brother Tommy, with the channel description originally reading ""My channel for contacting my brother cause I'm too tight to put credit in my phone :D" but it was later changed as of this year.
