Utubetrollpolice, one of the most strangest internet troll groups, has a long extensive, if not prolific history behind. So, if what you think of it is just a mere youtube spammer cult, think again. it is much more but sadely the reputation has dwindled in recent times due to p*dos joining the group and muddling the waters up by labelling themselves as the "UTTP" and spamming all sorts of heinous stuff across Youtube. So, to safeguard the true origins of the uttp and let the internet know they are not a group of pedos.

2009: Tommy Parky first activities

It's the year of 2009. you had many famous trends, memes, and the internet was relatively new at the time. During the days of then, trolls were not considered a major threat. Until when many notorious trolls started getting upon the trend of trolling certain easy targets like Chris Chan, Coppercab. One of these lesser known trolls was called Tommy Parky, a troublesome fellow who has had a past of many criminal offences, first one being known when tommy tried to resist arrest. Anyways, he created his twitter account officially on may 15th of 2009. which the official known first tweet to date (if you scroll down a bit) was on feb 27 2010. His twitter posts majorly consisted of him sharing clickbait videos he had made, and then after he made uttp-related twitter posts up until 2017.

2009 was also the year he took entertainment in making animoto videos for a few years until he founded uttp, he balanced it, making clickbait videos alongside uttp ones. Tommy then moved on to a new twitter called @tommyparky666 with only one tweet mentioning another twitter account known as "@londongaysex", the tweet read "mr gay uk 2009" video he made on Animoto.

2010: Tommy's start at trolling and targets explained

The first real known instance of trolling involved Tommy posting his brother Dave Parky’s phone number on the Liverpool Gumtree under a series of advertisements, only two of these pages were saved by the Wayback Machine, however it is known numerous of these ads were posted.

But, as 2010 rolled around is when he majorly started attacking people, with his first channel "southparkstudiosable" began, no records of this channel have been saved except the creation date of it which was "April 11, 2010" which had been shown through videos

Glen Watson

The only mention of the "southparkstudiosable" channel outside of the allbabiesareatheists (Glen Watson) video is from a blogspot containing screenshots of his animoto videos.

One channel of Tommy’s which was archived though is known as "TheMradolfhitler", created June 1st, 2010, the content posted here largely consists of clickbait largely centered around Hitler with titles like "adolf hitler loves jewish people" and "adolf hitler unseen sex footage 2010", clickbait would become a staple for Tommy going forward.

Going outside of YouTube again to Blogspot, on August 25th, 2010 a blog known as "tommyparkylfc" is created, 58 total posts are made with links to Animoto clickbait videos Tommy uploaded onto YouTube, most of the links presumably being to the southparkstudiosable channel.

Back on YouTube now Tommy truly began to become infamous after using video responses to target an atheist YouTuber known as ‘allbabiesareatheists’ the known videos Tommy made are as follows:

These videos were uploaded on a series of channels including:"lisanova2010", "MrCaptainhollywood", "MrGLENfromCANADA", "MrJESUSCHRISTCHANNEL" and ‘glenfromcanada’.

In response to this continued trolling from Tommy the channel TrollsNews made a video on his accounts "lisanova2010" and "MrCaptainhollywood" on December 9th, 2010, being the first time Tommy was mentioned by a big YouTube channel.

Allbabiesareatheists made a response video one month later on January 28th, 2011 titled "PLEASE HELP stop a troll who is attacking MY GRANDDAUGHTER", which is mirrored by numerous users.

Just a day later Tommy made a website on Yola simply called "allbabiesareatheists" containing four pages, a picture of Tommy himself and a picture of Glen Watson, the page is largely incomplete and what text is present is mostly unintelligible.

2011: The Foundation of UTTP and The Era Of The Strutters

Now, as 2011 rolled around many potential targets for trolls had sprung up at the time. Boxxy, Chris Chan, Justin Quaker, Justin bieber fans, and others. Tommy went to go on to create the first official uttp channel on Youtube on February 12, 2011. and just five days later, Uttp sprung to some little cling of notoriety on Youtube as they were mentioned on Youtube for the first time. The plan worked, as many fell for the illusion that UTTP was an anti-troll movement but infact, they were trolls themselves, the first uttp channels content was mainly made in windows movie maker 6 and contained random text about trolls, random images, and music that came with the video editor. After a month, yet another youtuber uploaded about the glen watson situation and Tommy's alts harrassing Glen. Through the months of the uttp whilst Tommy Parky continued to harrass Glen, two brothers known as StruttingB4 and StruttingPhil/OfficerSimonPegg. They attacked a 7 year old boy from the uk known as jacobsipod1 (https://www.deviantart.com/jacobsipod1). They harrassed this boy by saying glen watson was his father and other stuff like impersonating his accounts and calling him "dolphin stickerz". Four months later, Tommy wanted to try to get another attempt at fame by creating a "UtubetrollpoliceTeam" channel on july 15th, it had about 6 thousand subs by july 19th and had 42,599 views. It is also noted that tommy had a brother known as Dave, where on dave's deviantart he mentioned tommy's actions on Youtube..

"Still bamboozled by my brothers 'Youtube' activity.. (and if anyone reads this and 'has' fallen prey to his nonsensical activity's and that of his .. so called internet cohort.. then i apologise (once more) for his behaviour and stress that it is not condoned by me or anyone else he is related too)I suppose any kind of passion is to be lauded, regardless of how bizarre it is."

In the next month on october 30th Dave created a youtube to have communication with his brother Tommy, with the channel description originally reading ""My channel for contacting my brother cause I'm too tight to put credit in my phone :D" but it was later changed as of this year.
