 Steve joined during the Gachafall era under the username "Steve from Gachafall" and ran an obscure offshoot called "MinecraftTrollPolice". In 2022, he created "DestroyEggArmy" (DEA), a UTTP bootleg that revolved around HowToSimple and primarily targeted the Lostwave scene. When HBM/Emperor of Anime Sucks took over the UTubeTrollPolice and forced the old members out of the group in 2023, he likely allowed OfficerSteve (now known as OfficerACG) to stay for his own amusement. After Emperor of Anime Sucks' faction of the UTTP collapsed, OfficerSteve returned to the old UTTP remnant group, where he was also made fun of until his eventual expulsion.
