UtubeTrollDHS

UtubeTrollDHS is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice. He joined the UTTP in 2022 through VidLii. He's perhaps one of the most dedicated officers of the group, having been orchestrated the initial UTTP raids on soyjak.party, as well as targeting 4chan-affiliated figures and specific posters like MadThad0890 (generating a response from him) and Prick-kun (powerword: John Hayabusa), online right-wing spaces and the old YouTube revival communities.

The way he approached the UTubeTrollPolice is vastly different from most officers but yet rather peculiar, with him going after different targets and conducting his own "operations", those sometimes being solo operations, also serving the original concept the Strutters had for the UTubeTrollPolice at the time. He's been accredited for having integrated slang and in-jokes from the Dragon Ball Super threads into the UTubeTrollPolice, albeit not as widespread even among most UTTP officers.

Similarly to the Strutters shoehorning Evangelion, DHS had used music from the Toaru franchise and made several references to it in most of his videos, essentially shoehorning it into the UTTP (which caused some people to question whether or not he was a fan) and being behind most of the Toaru-themed UTTP accounts as well, notably "UTubeTrollJudgment". His style of choice is mostly reminiscent to that of the Strutters, the image he made for the "Second Downpour of Law" for instance was largely inspired by StruttingB4.

VidLiiTrollPolice

UtubeTrollDHS made his debut during the VidLiiTrollPolice's resurgence, first arriving under ToothyYT2O22 (an impersonation account of a HTF fan account they were targeting at the time), the content posted consisted entirely of clickbait in the form of every target's videos. A few days later, the OfficerTariqNasheed account was created and immediately went after every VLTP target, those primarily being tryhard edgy Nazi larpers and tweens who were barely around for the version of YouTube VidLii is emulating, the latter mostly being on the spectrum. However, he'd sometimes go after his own targets by himself. He was also notorious for impersonating most of the VLTP targets at the time, spamming their comments with something along the lines of "Who's got my bank details guys", TGTT would step in to oppose the VidLiiTrollPolice and HBM, OfficerCarnevil and UtubeTrollDHS would soon fight back, with UtubeTrollDHS making videos "declaring war" on the VGTT (VidLiiGroupTerminationTeam) in an attempt to provoke them, even making impersonation accounts of their members.

This lasted until August 29th, 2022 when Kuz banned every VLTP account after an individual by the name "animeweedlord420" was impersonated by them. This prompted UtubeTrollDHS to start an "operation" against Kuz and his cabal and would eventually join the UTubeTrollPolice later on, finally marking his presence in the UTTP scene.

The "War" with Kolyma & The Sharty

Soon afterwards, UtubeTrollDHS would start his anti-Kolyma campaign in retaliation to Kuz banning VLTP accounts from VidLii (a website that his oldfag larp "organization" owned at the time) and other UTTP members would join him, even spreading claims about Kuz's pedophilia, which is already common knowledge beyond this point. With his guidance, the UTubeTrollPolice would catalog wipe soyjak.party (another website owned by Kuz) and steal their 1,000,000th GET, which infuriated many soyteens, and much to Kuz's dismay, he'd alter the post's image to a colorjak and text to say "colorful win" and banned every member who participated in the raids, going as far as to include UTTP-related phrases in his anti-spam database. This didn't stop the UTTP from raiding the website, as half of /soy/'s catalog was littered with UTTP-related imagery and propaganda for a few weeks. This operation would last until late September 2022. He's widely considered to be the reason as to why the UTTP are against soyteens.

RumbleTrollPolice

On April 15th, 2024, the RumbleTrollPolice came to fruition, led by OfficerSlappy and OfficerCarnevil, UtubeTrollDHS would later join under his SgtAgentMax alias. He went after various people such as TheSaltyCracker, HyattAmerica, Styxhexenhammer666 and Ricegum and spammed their comments, mostly spamming replies to every comment made on the videos, and livestreams, comically getting the attention of Ricegum himself during a livestream. As things were becoming lulzy, older members such as OfficerAlf and OfficerRonald have decided to step in and become involved with spamming the aforementioned RTP targets, getting a rise out of their viewerbase primarily consisting of politically obsessed reactionaries who started lashing out at the sheer presence of the RumbleTrollPolice in every comment/chat the second they saw them and OfficerRonald would get the attention of LFA TV, who was calling him out live.

Rating System Exploit

On August 1st, 2024, OfficerAlf discovered an exploit with the upvote/downvote system where the user can mass like/dislike a comment made on a video by repeatedly pressing the thumbs up/thumbs down icon, essentially making their comments the most top rated ones, while other comments were downvoted to oblivion, putting them below RTP comments. UtubeTrollDHS, OfficerCarnevil, OfficerSlappy and OfficerAutism soon caught wind of this and began abusing the feature to put themselves in the spotlight, causing an uproar among reactionary fans and viewers of the channels who started accusing the RTP of being "Soros-funded bots", with some pinning the blame on the wrong person as well, UtubeTrollDHS getting the most reaction. This exploit was later patched by the team behind Rumble, afterwards the accounts that participated were banned.

The RumbleTrollPolice is still being perpetuated occasionally.

Old YouTube Revival raids

In the wake of 2025, 3 years after the VLTP's collapse, UtubeTrollDHS would target every old YouTube revival site he came across in order to get a rise out of their users, which worked. The first time he came across EraCast, a 2012 YouTube clone, he made a plethora of accounts to spam UTTP propaganda on the site, which inadvertently got the attention of some people he targeted on the site. UtubeTrollDHS would eventually make a thread about EraCast on the UTTP forums around the same time he was targeting the site and other UTTP members soon followed suit. Overtime, due to the lack of significance and accounts getting banned, the thread was turned into a general old YouTube clone thread. He quickly started looking for old YouTube sites to wreck, namely revivals taking place in 2005, and caused havoc amongst the users, admins and maintainers of the websites, going further as to sometimes spam pornographic content on said sites. He'd then upload a video on YouTube titled "UTUBETROLLPOLICE VS THY OLD UTUBE COMMUNITY", inciting a raid on the revivals, the video was later spread across the wider old web communities, stirring up internal dissensions within the communities. The number of attention he got from ravaging old YouTube clones is to be unmatched, a total takeover would be initiated on places like BetaCast, effectively drowning out non-UTTP channels on the feed for a while. The most affected one was KamTape, prompting FanzoBanzo to upload several videos regarding the situation across numerous different sites, including but not limited to: EraCast and WeVidi. Those videos are available on the Internet Archive.

It didn't take long for people to take notice of the UTTP forums thread made about these revivals, with users of these revivals now being aware of the thread, they've become wary of any potential UTubeTrollPolice raid that could transpire. As things escalated, admins were quick to take action against UTTP raids the moment they're posted about on the forums.

BetaCast

As the battle with the old YouTube community rages on, UtubeTrollDHS would instigate an attack on BetaCast and other UTTP members joined him. Besides OfficerAutism, DetectiveVengeance and OfficerCarnevil, UtubeTrollDHS was the one carrying out the attacks the most and would paradrop a magnitude of alt accounts, drowning out non-UTTP channels and clogging the new uploads in full force, essentially creating a full-on UTTP colony and driving away some regulars from the site in the process as the site was quickly swarmed by a series of alts. BetaCastTrollPolice was formed and led by UtubeTrollDHS for most of his time RAILING the entire site, however it didn't take long for some people to start an anti-BCTP "group" but they were quickly spammed by him and a few others behind layers of alt accounts, eventually uploading an "exposeé" of them and impersonating them.

During this time, one of the BetaCast staff uploaded a video attempting to "expose" the account information of the main BetaCastTrollPolice account and the list of alts connected to the account, this was in turn a faildox as UtubeTrollDHS did not use the "bigstronguttp2025" email for his account but rather a burner email address, making the whole video completely pointless. However, one of the BetaCast developers uploaded a video titled "about the "betacast troll police"" explaining the current state of BetaCast and the BetaCastTrollPolice itself and going into details about how the accounts were entirely operated by "one person". The video's comments were also spammed not even 3 hours later. A few moments after the shitshow, a moderator would change the layouts of every BCTP account in order to paint them as homosexual furries but UtubeTrollDHS and co. reverted them back as soon as possible, continuing their usual work. This would happen again a few weeks later.

This lasted until mid April 2025, as UtubeTrollDHS likely got bored of BCTP.

4chan raids

Nevertheless, UtubeTrollDHS is one of the only UTubeTrollPolice members to carry out the traditional art of imageboard raiding. From that point onwards, he'd spam every 4chan board ranging from /a/ to /jp/, /bant/, /his/ and /v/. Those raids usually involved catalog wiping or otherwise derailing threads and sometimes going after specific posters, namely yurifags or Prick-kun.

Weeks before the 2nd downpour of law, he flooded multiple 4chan boards with threads announcing the operation. A few days later, he'd start spamming /a/'s catalog with UTTP propaganda and in a typical Accelspammer fashion, an image macro of the character Uiharu Kazari with the caption "SIXTY TROLLS".
