OfficerCarnevil is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice.
Carnevil joined the UTTP in 2018 along with OfficerSlappy and ReturnofEliteSwatDivison. He made his first account in 2016 but didn’t use it until 2 years later.
From that year onwards he would go after various people such as the UTTPH, KKTK (later allied), TPNG, PurpleHelmetAvenger, AGK FanBoy, NathanDarkson984, the Gacha Community and Soyjak Party.
