UtubeTrollDHS is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice. He joined the UTTP in 2022 through VidLii. He's perhaps one of the most dedicated officers of the group, having been orchestrated the initial UTTP raids on soyjak.party, as well as targeting 4chan-affiliated figures and specific posters like MadThad0890 (generating a response from him[4]) and Prick-kun (powerword: John Hayabusa), online right-wing spaces and the old YouTube revival communities.
The way he approached the UTubeTrollPolice is vastly different from most officers but yet rather peculiar, with him going after different targets and conducting his own "operations", those sometimes being solo operations, also serving the original concept the Strutters had for the UTubeTrollPolice at the time. He's been accredited for having integrated slang and in-jokes from the Dragon Ball Super threads into the UTubeTrollPolice, albeit not as widespread even among most UTTP officers.
Similarly to the Strutters shoehorning Evangelion, DHS had used music from the Toaru franchise and made several references to it in most of his videos, essentially shoehorning it into the UTTP (which caused some people to question whether or not he was a fan[5]) and being behind most of the Toaru-themed UTTP accounts as well, notably "UTubeTrollJudgment". His style of choice is mostly reminiscent to that of the Strutters, the image he made for the "Second Downpour of Law" for instance was largely inspired by StruttingB4[6].
VidLiiTrollPolice
UtubeTrollDHS made his debut in the VidLiiTrollPolice scene, first arriving under ToothyYT2O22[7] (an impersonation account of a HTF fan account they were targeting at the time), the content posted largely consisted of clickbait in the form of every target's videos. A few days later, the OfficerTariqNasheed account was created and immediately went after every VLTP target, those primarily being edgy Nazi larpers and tweens who were barely around for the version of YouTube VidLii is emulating, the latter mostly being on the spectrum. However, he'd sometimes go after his own targets by himself. He was also notorious for impersonating most of the VLTP targets at the time, spamming their comments with something along the lines of "Who's got my bank details guys", TGTT would step in to oppose the VidLiiTrollPolice and HBM, OfficerCarnevil and UtubeTrollDHS would soon fight back, with UtubeTrollDHS making videos "declaring war" on the VGTT (VidLiiGroupTerminationTeam) in an attempt to provoke them, even making impersonation accounts of them.
This lasted until August 29th, 2022 when Kuz banned every VLTP account after an individual by the name "animeweedlord420" was impersonated by them.[8] This prompted UtubeTrollDHS to start an "operation" against Kuz and his cabal and would eventually join the UTubeTrollPolice later on, finally marking his presence in the UTTP scene.
The "War" with Kolyma & The Sharty
Soon afterwards, UtubeTrollDHS would start his anti-Kolyma campaign in retaliation to Kuz banning VLTP accounts from VidLii (a website that his oldfag larp "organization" owned at the time) and other UTTP members would join him, even spreading claims about Kuz's pedophilia, which is already common knowledge beyond this point. With his guidance, the UTubeTrollPolice would catalog wipe soyjak.party (another website owned by Kuz) and steal their 1,000,000th GET, which infuriated many soyteens, and much to Kuz's dismay, he'd alter the post's image to a colorjak and text to say "colorful win" and banned every member who participated in the raids, going as far as to include UTTP-related phrases in his anti-spam database. This didn't stop the UTTP from raiding the website, as half of /soy/'s catalog was littered with UTTP-related imagery and propaganda for a few weeks. This operation would last until late September 2022. He's widely considered to be the reason as to why the UTTP are against soyteens.
RumbleTrollPolice
On April 15th, 2024, the RumbleTrollPolice came to fruition, led by OfficerSlappy and OfficerCarnevil, UtubeTrollDHS would later join under his SgtAgentMax alias. He went after various people such as TheSaltyCracker, HyattAmerica, Styxhexenhammer666 and Ricegum and spammed their comments, mostly spamming replies to every comment made on the videos, and livestreams, comically gaining the attention of Ricegum himself during a livestream. As things were becoming lulzy, older members such as OfficerAlf and OfficerRonald have joined in and became involved with spamming the aforementioned RTP targets, getting a rise out of their viewerbase primarily consisting of politically obsessed reactionaries who started lashing out at the sheer presence of the RumbleTrollPolice in every comment/chat the second they saw them and OfficerRonald would get the attention of LFA TV, who was calling him out live.
Rating System Exploit
On August 1st, 2024, OfficerAlf discovered an exploit with the upvote/downvote system where the user can mass like/dislike a comment made on a video by repeatedly pressing the thumbs up/thumbs down icon, essentially making their comments the most top rated one, while other comments were downvoted to oblivion, putting them below RTP comments. UtubeTrollDHS, OfficerCarnevil, OfficerSlappy and OfficerAutism soon caught wind of this and began abusing the feature to put themselves in the spotlight[9], causing an uproar among reactionary fans and viewers of the channels who started accusing the RTP of being "Soros-funded bots", and some accusing them of being someone else[10], UtubeTrollDHS getting the most reaction. This exploit was later patched by the team behind Rumble, afterwards the accounts that participated were banned.
