OfficerSlappy

OfficerSlappy is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice who joined during the 2018 revival, arriving after the BigRonald2018 channel was closed however, he is often depicted alongside OfficerCarnevil and ReturnofEliteSwatDivision.

His style is mostly reminiscent of the OfficerRoyal and OfficerRonald, taking a large amount of inspiration from both in his image and video editing styles, often using Newgrounds music, EDM tracks or remaking older UTubeTrollPolice videos from the 2012 and 2014 era. Despite his influence and pull within the UTubeTrollPolice he remains a heavily controversial figure.

One of his earliest peaks in infamy was his actions directly leading to the creaton of the UTubeTrollPoliceHunters (UTTPH) which was an AUTTP group founded by Roblox56 in response to a funeral service video that Slappy made in 2018, many other people joined the group after Roblox56 including 05bronyfan1999, Creepypasta Kid J, Mario Weezy, Officer Jiren and a few others.

OfficerSlappy is also known for establishing contact with numerous older members of the UTubeTrollPolice including OfficerJesse and OfficerRoyal, with OfficerJesse commenting on the discussion page of his ReturnofSlappy2018 channel looking to re-establish contact with OfficerRonald after seeing his BigRonald2018 channel earlier in the year, there was initial skepticism at first whether or not the account was legitmate but after he signed back into his "Justice4Ace" channel on Uploadstars it was confirmed to be the real OfficerJesse.

His activity continued through 2018 into 2022 with brief hiatuses in-between, participating in Gachafall and the Soyjak.Party raids alongside "operations" on other platforms such as Gab, Storyfire, Bitchute, Rumble and VidLii, the VidLii raids are of particular note due to it being covered by large figures on the platform such as SWEGTA in his video "VidLii Gets Kinky".

Perhaps the most infamous moment that OfficerSlappy was involved in however was in 2022 with his initial support of Foodists due to his association with a YouTuber known as David Roland World News, later known as Foodist E-News, who was involved in the UTubeTrollPolice in 2020 and was in contact with OfficerSlappy prior, however beyond this his association with Foodists was minimal and he was unaware of their involvement with CP spamming and other illegal activities, during his 2024 return however he took a hard stance against Foodists and Skibidi Farms, likely due to realizing his mistake and attempting to "fix" it.

As of 2025 OfficerSlappy is still active in the UTubeTrollPolice, having created the UTTP Forums and gaining a new wave of infamy by attacking the Fundamental Paper Education, Roblox Forsaken and Cookie Run fandoms on YouTube, alongside engaging in raids on other sites like Twitter.
