The goal of this wiki is to lengthily and accurately document the UTubeTrollPolice (UTTP). Many wikis with information on the UTTP exist already, but most information on those pages is either heavily outdated, biased, or blatantly wrong. We are not here to control information, we're just here to write the facts as they are.
