OfficerCanada is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice who is most known for his involvement in the XboxLiveTrollPolice and is largely considered to be the reason why PurpleHelmetAvenger began his campaign against the group.
It is unknown when OfficerCanada originally joined the UTubeTrollPolice due to his channel not being archived properly, but it is known that he had a line of communications with OfficerRonald during 2012-2013.
It wasn't until December 13th of 2023 that a user on YouTube under the name "seteletaf" commented on a UTubeTrollPolice video saying that they were the original OfficerCanada[1], this comment was ignored until 2024 when OfficerSlappy decided to try and reach out, eventually establishing contact via Discord and confirming that seteletaf was indeed OfficerCanada, this lead to a light return with him creating a new account on August 27th, 2024[2].
