Joshua Pena, seen as General Joshua Pena UTTP on YouTube, joined the UTubeTrollPolice in March 2024 during the intensification of UTTP Empire comment spam[4] on YouTube. He participated in the fractionalization of the UTTP Empire[5], becoming one of four chiefs of a rouge UTTP splinter known as "Moonbase", and later the sole chief of "Thy Club". During his tenures he attempted to oust all UTTP-based pedophiles. In September 2024, he became involved with older sects of the UTubeTrollPolice and was one of the few members from that sect who still remained active in the UTTP Discord Larp scene until February 2025.
