Officer of Black People ROCK, also known as Lavaman73 is a member of the UTubeTrollPolice who was most known for his involvement in Gachafall near the end of the operation, and has an editing style similar to SGT Death Sentinel and Stephen Larson.
OBPR, after being invited by Officer of Roblox Sucks, officially joined during Sherbase12's ownership of the UTTP in mid-2020 under his Minecraft username "Lavaman73", although he was known by members of the UTTP years prior in 2016 from his Super Minecraft Kid bootleg channel "TheAwesomeCodGamer" when he was a target of the group's trolling.
Lavaman73 stayed in Sherbase12's circle of friends, which moved over to the "Anti Fandom Front", where he compromised channels belonging to Gacha Life content creators using Sherbase's social engineering tactics. On April 20th, 2021, he gained access to gachatuber King BOB's YouTube account, making him 1 of only 2 members seemingly capable of "hacking" accounts in this way.
When Sherbase12 left because of internal fighting in mid-2021, he attempted to mimic his notoriety by "hacking" the account of Lea Clovis, which was moderately successful in generating outrage and attention. Lavaman had a small amount of support from SGT Death Sentinel and his attempted remake of AGFE until he became too busy and disinterested in late 2021.
After the former AFF circle devolved into pedophilia and extreme sadism in late 2021/early 2022, Lavaman left for the old sect of the UTubeTrollPolice owned by OfficerSlappy and OfficerCarnevil in early 2022. After the UtubeTrollPolice was taken over by HBM/Emperor of Anime Sucks, Lavaman remained largely as a spectator within the new UTTP Empire Faction.
The channel formerly belonging to Gachatuber Lea Clovis was renamed to "UTTP WARMASTER RACISM" and later "UTTP Officer of Black People ROCK", which became his new identity when he bothered to interact with the community.
OBPR left the UTTP Empire sect after HBM was encouraged into supporting pedophilia and flooded his own server with CSAM, and was inactive from early 2024 until late 2024 when he returned to Slappy's circle. As of 2025, OfficerofBlackPeopleROCK is still active in the UtubeTrollPolice community, but mostly targets a small handful of Animation Meme YouTubers involved with the UTTP in the past.
