StruttingPhil is a former officer of the UTubeTrollPolice.
Phil created his StruttingPhil account on January 14th 2011. He joined the UTTP along with his brother Bruce (StruttingB4) after finding Tommy Parky on a Justin Bieber trolling group on YouTube in 2011, being notorious for being one of the first members of the group. He created many "Officer" accounts that he used to spam with. Most notable of his accounts was OfficerSimonPegg. On this account, the videos he’d usually make were flashy slideshows commonly synced to LapFox Trax music, (humorously causing people to theorise that he was/is a furry) hence why the UTTP use Renard music and/or imagery to this day. Phil would go after notorious 4chan/YouTube groups and figures such as LifeInATent and Boxxy, or ally with them as was the case with Justin Quaker. As well as this, he would impersonate people and exploit the YouTube flagging system to terminate the original channel. Phil is also known for attacking jacobsipod1, one of the original UTubeTrollPolice targets by spamming his channel with phrases such as “JACOB IS GLEN WATSON’S SON” or mentioning “dolphin stickers”. He was mostly active on his OfficerSimonPegg account until 2012 until he switched to his Strutter account and later the PhilKnowsHow account, these now terminated. Around that same year he would use his MasterStrutterPhil and StruttingPhilTeam until 2013. Phil didn’t return until February 14th, 2025 where he got in contact with a few members of the UTTP.
