Emperor FPS, also known as Lizillian and formerly known as Countzing was a former UTubeTrollPolice and Anti Fandom Front member who was arrested multiple times by UK authorities for possession and distributing CSAM. He is the third member of the UTTP to declare himself the "Emperor".
