The UTTP Forums or UTubeTrollPolice Forums are a website created by OfficerSlappy on January 24th, 2025 as a way to counter the influence that Skibidi Farms and Kiwi Farms had over the mainstream discussion about the UTubeTrollPolice, quickly gaining attention from Skibidi Farms and it's userbase not long after it was created[1].
The first and most noteworthy operation conducted by the UTTP Forums were the raids against the Old YouTube community[2], organized by UtubeTrollDHS, it saw numerous old YouTube clones like EraCast, VidLii, Kamtape, BitVide, Betacast, Vidtape, MeVid, Vidtape and a plethora of other lesser known old YouTube clones get spammed by users of the site, leading to the the thread regarding them being shared around the community itself, where it now sits at 12k total views, making it one of the most viewed threads on the website.
A more widespread operation conducted by the UTTP Forums came later in October of 2025, dubbed "October Surprise"[3], a reference to the 1980s conspiracy theory of the same name[4], it was organized largely by ReturnofEliteSwatDivision and OfficerSlappy, it oversaw raids on the Terrible Mouse Wiki[5], DeviantArt, Multiverse of Disassembly Wiki[6], Animation Meme Wiki, The Amazing Fanon Circus Wiki[7], The Amazing Digital Circus Wiki, Murder Drones Wiki[8], Gab, Twitter and attacks on YouTubers like Shister06, Glass Raven, Lio Convoy, GoatCatto, ENI, Sparklewolf Radio, Chibi Reviews[9] and more, the thread for October Surprise reached 3k views before it was closed.
