Emperor of Anime Sucks, formerly known as Hyper Bat Mapping (HBM), is an Israeli internet troll who became the de-facto leader of the UTubeTrollPolice in 2023 after ousting most of the old members.
Anime Sucks is widely considered the most hated member of the UTTP, both within and outside the community, for a variety of reasons. Because of his support for pedophilia and extortion in the last months of his "rule", he is largely responsible for the image outsiders have of the UTubeTrollPolice being a child predator ring.
His first appearance in the UTTP was in 2020, when he attempted to join the group under Sherbase12's leadership, although he was not accepted. His rejection is most likely the reason he developed a years-long obsession with the group, and he continued to stalk people in the community.
In 2022, HBM created a fake TGTT Discord server under the name "BigStrongWimper2022" and spammed numerous YouTube accounts from that group. During this time, Hyper Bat Mapping first started talking in all caps like Zender Man/Oscar Ferguson, and rarely broke character until he was invited to the old UTubeTrollPolice members group. HBM ran/was involved in numerous anarchy servers on Discord, including an abandoned rogue UTTP server created by the Discord raiding "clan" UTL.
HBM eventually became dissatisfied with what was left of the UTTP after Gachafall, and turned against the old members, Namely OfficerSlappy and OfficerCarnevil, to start his own faction. After forcing most of the old members out of the group in early 2023, HBM changed his channel name to "UTTP Officer of Anime Sucks" (later Emperor of Anime Sucks), most likely because some old members watched anime. Using his anarchy servers and people from the mapping community he knew, Anime Sucks created the rogue faction "UTTP Empire".
As the leader of this faction, Anime Sucks usually demanded that the children he brought in to spam high-profile YouTubers, and to give him access to their brand account emails for a YouTube botnet that was never completed. In the early days of UTTP Empire, Anime Sucks had a firm anti-foodist stance and discouraged talks of pedophilia even as a joke. Behind the scenes, however, OfficerBMT/ILLL11 was encouraging him to allow pedophilic behavior. HBM would later cite this as when he was "groomed" into pedophilia.
Most of the attention Anime Sucks' rogue sect of the UTTP came from Parlo, a Roblox drama YouTuber and former wannabe foodist who was friends with the UTTP Empire member Defender.
After a few months of leadership in the UTubeTrollPolice, Anime Sucks' control over the group was already beginning to fracture. Because of an admin abuse drama, OfficerJimmy/Pwrge created his own rogue faction, "RetroUtubeTrollPolice" (RUTTP). During the conflict Anime Sucks had with this splinter, OfficerBMT brought in Reginmyre, a notorious child predator, to spam this group with CSAM on his behalf. Because of this, an enormous internal division occurred over the tolerance of pedophilia, which ended with HBM deciding that he was pro-pedophilia.
UTTP Empire was taken down after ILLL11, Reginmyre, and HBM flooded the server with child abuse material. The majority of the new members left permanently after this, leaving only the rogue faction owned by FPS where most of the leftovers of UTTP Empire went.
After becoming a recluse within the community, HBM created a new account, "Officer MAP Pride", where he spammed YouTube comment sections with a link to the infant torture film "Daisy's Destruction". Despite YouTube wiping all of his accounts after this incident, HBM never received any legal action from the Israeli government and would continue to create new accounts on his own to this day.
Despite now being largely irrelevant and forgotten about like other former leaders of the UTubeTrollPolice, the enormous negative impact Anime Sucks had on the group is impossible to overstate, and the changes and behavior that he encouraged during his period of popularity will permanently define the image the wider internet has of the UTTP.
