OfficerRonald, known as ReturnofRonald, was a member of the UTubeTrollPolice from 2012 to 2014, and again in 2018^[1]-2020^[2]. Often cited as one of the most influential UTubeTrollPolice members, a large majority of videos and images from 2012-2014 were made by him and are still found today.

OfficerRonald is most known for his long periods of activity in the UTubeTrollPolice, directly being involved in the "war" against the VGCP and getting the vast majority of the UTTP at the time to organize a trolling campaign against the user Daxter5150, due to his rabid fanbase at the time, who would respond to any video made regarding him.

OfficerRonald is now inactive in the UTubeTrollPolice, leading many to create impersonation accounts of the Officer.
