OfficerSteve, also known as OfficerACG, HowToSimple, succsterfucc and MasterFredFigglehorn, is a former UTubeTrollPolice member who was ostracized from the group in July 2025. For years Steve's behavior was viewed as embarrassing by other members of the UTTP, and he often had neurotic episodes where he recorded videos of himself talking in front of his computer, similar to Stephen Larson.

DestroyEggArmy and Nu-UTTP Involvement

In 2021, Steve created "DestroyEggArmy" (DEA), a UTTP bootleg that targeted random GoAnimate users and even his own channel, HowToSimple, because he was "depressed and bored". The group also targeted the Lostwave scene.

When HBM/Emperor of Anime Sucks took over the UTubeTrollPolice and forced the old members out of the group in 2023, he likely allowed OfficerSteve (now known as OfficerACG) to stay for his own amusement. After Emperor of Anime Sucks' faction of the UTTP collapsed, OfficerSteve returned to the old UTTP remnant group, where he was also made fun of until his eventual expulsion.

Expulsion

On July 30th, 2025, it was uncovered that Steve had been in contact with COM-related groups and individuals, and had even uploaded videos of himself farting and peeing on camera in tribute to these groups, likely in an attempt to get illegal nudes. The contact list on Steve's compromised PC included members of 764, a Foodist, and a Telegram account, which shows that Steve had been in a 764 offshoot called "Court".

OfficerSlappy immediately banned Steve from the UTTP remnants' server and encouraged others to cut him off completely. OfficerSteve has since become an obscure lolcow within the UTubeTrollPolice, being viewed as a morally acceptable target for harassment because of his actions and the visceral reaction many in the UTTP had to the videos Steve circulated of himself.

Crashouts

A couple of weeks after being removed from the UTtubeTrollPolice, a Discord group chat created to confront ACG quickly turned south on September 13th, 2025. After around 20 minutes of taunting from the GC members, ACG snapped in an infamous minutes-long mental breakdown. In the video, ACG destroyed his keyboard, television, desk, threatened to kill his mom, screamed "I AM DEATH", and nearly killed his dog by flipping over the living room table. The event was recorded and was shared between various individuals and friend groups, quickly making its way onto relatively obscure websites like the Sharty and Kiwi Farms within days.

On September 17, 2025, Lavaman and MoonMan investigated one of ACG's "new egirls," named Chloe, who was revealed to be 15 years old, while ACG was 19. Lavaman sent Chloe information about ACG. She returned by showing screenshots of ACG sending lewd texts and even a photo of him in his underwear, and constantly asked her thoughts on it. After being outed by Moonman and Lavaman, ACG reportedly almost destroyed the window of his mom's car, and professed to being a pedophile who wanted to assault and groom children. After calming down from his outrage, ACG tried to frame her as an 18-year-old with an edited screenshot, but no one believed him.
