Thomas Parkinson, known as Tommy Parky, was the founder of the UTubeTrollPolice, it's confirmed through his DeviantArt account he was born on October 27th, 1979. Tommy has a rather interesting history on the internet which actually predates the creation of the UTubeTrollPolice, the first reference to Tommy Parky can be seen through an article from the Irish Independent, detailing an incident in which Tommy was charged with drunk and disorderly conduct, threatening to kill two Gardai in the process.

Additionally it’s stated that Tommy was facing additional charges for resisting arrest, indecent behavior and failing to show up for court, resulting in a bench warrant being issued.

After being released Tommy moved from Courtown Harbour to Liverpool on August 5th, 2003, presumably to move on from the previous arrest and start a new life in England.

For another six years there is scarce information on Tommy until May 15th, 2009 when the Twitter account @tommyparky was created, posting the typical ramblings that Tommy would be infamous for, harassing Twitter users and people he was targeting on YouTube, a text archive of Tweets he made on that account from 2010 to 2017 can be downloaded here.

The same year Tommy began creating videos in Animoto, which would be the standard for the vast majority of his YouTube content for a few years, the first known video he created was simply titled “Mr Gay UK 2009”, now believed to be lost media due to Animoto purging the vast majority of videos on the site. These videos usually contained random music with an image of the topic and a photo of either Dave, Tommy, or both. These videos are widely believed to be similar to the videos on southparkstudiosable a year later as Tommy started his clickbait shenanigans here.

Another Twitter account of Tommy’s which was made is @tommyparky666 on November 3rd, 2009, with a single reference being made to the account by the user @londongaysex about the aforementioned “Mr Gay UK 2009” video on Animoto.

The first real known instance of trolling involved Tommy posting his brother Dave Parky’s phone number on the Liverpool Gumtree under a series of advertisements, only two of these pages were saved by the waybackmachine, however it is known numerous of these ads were posted.

The start of his YouTube presence began with his first known channel “southparkstudiosable” his trolling career finally begins in full force, no archives of this channel exist but it’s known that it was created on April 11th, 2010 due to screenshots of the channel and it being shown in videos.

The first video to technically mention Tommy Parky is "5 love bombs needed - BIGGEST EXPRESSION OF LOVE THIS TIME NEEDED" when he still had access to the ‘MrCaptainhollywood’ channel.

The only mention of the "southparkstudiosable" channel outside of the allbabiesareatheists (Glen Watson) video is from a blogspot containing screenshots of his animoto videos.

One channel of Tommy’s which was archived though is known as "TheMradolfhitler", created June 1st, 2010, the content posted here largely consists of clickbait largely centered around Hitler with titles like "adolf hitler loves jewish people" and "adolf hitler unseen sex footage 2010", clickbait would become a staple for Tommy going forward.

Going outside of YouTube again to Blogspot, on August 25th, 2010 a blog known as "tommyparkylfc" is created, 58 total posts are made with links to Animoto clickbait videos Tommy uploaded onto YouTube, most of the links presumably being to the southparkstudiosable channel.

Back on YouTube now Tommy truly began to become infamous after using video responses to target an atheist YouTuber known as ‘allbabiesareatheists’ the known videos Tommy made are as follows:

These videos were uploaded on a series of channels including:"lisanova2010", "MrCaptainhollywood", "MrGLENfromCANADA", "MrJESUSCHRISTCHANNEL" and ‘glenfromcanada’.

In response to this continued trolling from Tommy the channel TrollsNews made a video on his accounts "lisanova2010" and "MrCaptainhollywood" on December 9th, 2010, being the first time Tommy was mentioned by a big YouTube channel. Allbabiesareatheists made a response video one month later on January 28th, 2011 titled "PLEASE HELP stop a troll who is attacking MY GRANDDAUGHTER", which is mirrored by numerous users.

Just a day later Tommy made a website on Yola simply called "allbabiesareatheists" containing four pages, a picture of Tommy himself and a picture of Glen Watson, the page is largely incomplete and what text is present is mostly unintelligible.

Finally entering into the UTTP era the original UTubeTrollPolice account is made on February 12th, rapidly gaining attention as just 5 days later on February 17th TrollsNews made a video on the channel, the video description reads as follows:

This description in retrospect would prove ironic as the UTubeTrollPolice grew rapidly and did indeed work its purpose, convincing many that the channel and those emulating it that they were legitimately anti-trolls and not trolls themselves, with the intent largely being to bait tryhard troll channels with the trollface avatar and so forth. The channel gained 13,066 channel views within 8 days, which is a lot considering how much smaller Youtube was at this stage. Only a few videos on the original channel were saved, leaving the rest to become lost media. These videos were made in Windows Movie Maker 6 and usually just contained a random title about trolls, with a random image, with even more random music that came with the Video Editor.

Back to Tommy though a month later the YouTuber "AldusValor" uploaded a video titled "I Have Arrived" about Tommy on March 30th, 2011, linking numerous alt accounts he made in the description, the ones I haven’t mentioned earlier include: "allbabiesarestalkers", "allbabiesareatheist", "thedancemonster", "atheistslovethepope", "mrthomasparkinson", "thetommyparkinson", "theparkyproductions", "trollsentertainment" and "wankinahijab".
