The UTTP Forums or UTubeTrollPolice Forums is a website created by OfficerSlappy on January 24th, 2025 as a way to counter the influence that Skibidi Farms and Kiwi Farms had over the mainstream discussion about the UTubeTrollPolice, in tandem with the UTubeTrollPedia created by Joshua Pena the site quickly gained attention from Skibidi Farms and it's userbase not long after it was created^[1].

Targets of the UTTP Forums

Numerous YouTubers, communities, fandoms and websites have been targeted by the UTTP Forums since it's creation, including but not limited to:

Toonsycore (Creator of the FPE fan series "Claire's Precious Little Life")^[2]
Prick-Kun (A semi-infamous lolcow originating from 4chan)^[3]
Edgyaludon / ENI (Former FPE content creator most known for making the "edgyverse" and "enigmaverse")^[4]
Chibi Reviews (Lolicon/Otaku commentary YouTuber)^[5]
Spate Hicks / Carlos834 (Lolcow originating from Soyjak.Party turned Foodist)^[6]
Gab (Right wing alternative to Twitter run by Andrew Torba)^[7]
Rumble ("Free Speech" orientated alternative to YouTube)^[8]
WatchPeopleDie (Banned gore website formerly known as r/watchpeopledie)^[9]
Soyjak.Party (Trolling website originating from the /qa/ board of 4chan)^[10]
CookieRun Kingdom (Fandom for a mobile game made by the Korean company DevSisters)^[11]
Fundamental Paper Education (Fandom centering around an animation made by Kaaatie/A3DGhost)

Noteworthy Operations

The first and most "operation" conducted by the UTTP Forums were the raids against the Old YouTube community^[12]^[13]^[14]^[15]^[16]^[17]^[18], organized by UtubeTrollDHS, it saw numerous old YouTube clones like EraCast, VidLii, Kamtape, BitVide, Betacast, Vidtape, MeVid, Vidtape and a plethora of other lesser known old YouTube clones get spammed by users of the site, leading to the the thread regarding them being shared around the community itself, where it now sits at 12k total views, making it one of the most viewed threads on the website.

A more widespread "operation" conducted by the UTTP Forums came later in October of 2025, dubbed "October Surprise"^[19]^[20]^[21], a reference to the 1980s conspiracy theory of the same name^[22], it was organized largely by ReturnofEliteSwatDivision and OfficerSlappy, it oversaw raids on the Terrible Mouse Wiki^[23], DeviantArt, Multiverse of Disassembly Wiki^[24], Animation Meme Wiki, The Amazing Fanon Circus Wiki^[25], The Amazing Digital Circus Wiki, Murder Drones Wiki^[26], Gab, Twitter and attacks on YouTubers like Shister06, Glass Raven, Lio Convoy, GoatCatto, ENI, Sparklewolf Radio, Chibi Reviews^[27] and more, the thread for October Surprise reached 3k views before it was closed.
