Parlo, also known as Tobias O'Keefe and CammyFemboy is a Roblox commentary YouTuber who makes drama content targeted towards a child audience. Parlo is most notable for using his massive platform to advertise the Nu-UTTP, providing both attention and relevance to the foodist-affiliated rogue sects of the UTubeTrollPolice, as well as a renewable source of outrage engagement from his young fanbase.
