OfficerRoyal was a member of the [[UTubeTrollPolice]] active from 2014<ref>https://archive.is/kjMJ1</ref>-2016<ref>https://archive.is/DPCSQ</ref> who took a brief hiatus then reappeared in 2019<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ajoPA3gjb8</ref>-2021<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZxNOs2OdzM</ref> before leaving again due to being bored of the UTubeTrollPolice. OfficerRoyal was most known for trolling [[Oscar Ferguson]], [[Clayton Condo]], [[Andrew Toone]], [[AGK Fanboy]] and similar YouTubers.

He is also considered one of the better video editors in the UTubeTrollPolice as his videos from 2019<ref>https://archive.is/W5VlE</ref>-2021 were far above average compared to the typical UTubeTrollPolice video, his videos are known for containing Newgrounds music and images frequently have references to weed in them.  

It is unknown why he returned to the UTubeTrollPolice in 2019 however when he did he was quickly approached by [[ReturnofEliteSwatDivison]], [[OfficerSlappy]] and [[OfficerCarnevil]] who talked with him via Chatzy on January 17th, 2019<ref>https://files.catbox.moe/56e1aq.txt</ref> before inviting him to a private Discord server where they talked, shared information on targets for trolling, shared images and promoted their own videos.

For unknown reasons OfficerRoyal had trusted OfficerSlappy enough to make him manager of the OfficerRoyal, RoyalParkinson and OfficerChrisHansen accounts in late 2020.
